Delete all calculated drills

Description
Deletes all drills in the model/scene, that are created using the drill functionality. This is only needed once a drill operation is applied, and an already existing drill shapes is modified afterwards. Newly added drill shapes are automatically calculated when pressing Drill or Drill Selected item(s).
