Update all smart panels with current textures

Description
Updates the visual information of all smart panels by (re)loading and applying textures and colors from the database.
Note that Enable textures has to be activated in the Options-section on the ribbon bar. If Enable textures is switched off, this function changes into ‘Remove all textures’. in that case the button can be used to remove all appearances of smart panels and make them grey.
Conditions
– The functionality of driving textures and colors by material is only available for users of Para-Flex Pro and higher.
Tips
- Recognition of the name/text ‘HWDrill’ by the drill tool isn’t case sensitive.
- The cutting shape should be an intellishape that adds material (though it creates cut outs), so use the positive basic shapes, not the Cut variants.
- If the model should look neat, set the drill shape to Suppress.
- After the Drill operation, the shapes are set back to their original suppress state.
- The drilling operation will be slower if there is a mix of ACIS and Parasolid parts in a scene.
