Description
Create a Zip file with information to speed up the support process. As desired, the file contains the IronCAD scene, IronCAD drawing, configuration and database files, all customizable by the user. A pop-up will appear as the Zip file is created, clicking on the pop-up will open the file location to help sending the file to the support desk.
